1. Common issues

1.1 Administrator and Game Masters are always right.
1.2 If you’re not agreed with the GM’s actions and if you think that he is preconceived you should report to the administration.
1.3 Ignorance of the rules won’t free you from the responsibility for breaking them.
1.4 GM and Administration didn’t owe you anything.
1.5 Creating the account and playing on our server means that you have automatically agreed to the rules.
1.6 These rules may be changed at any moment, and players will be informed about it on the forum or in game.
1.7 Any change in rules will come into force in twenty-four hours after being published. During that time if somebody will use a bug, forbidden spell, talent etc. then GM or Administrator may punish the player, if ensured that the usage of forbidden bug took place.

2. Forbidden

2.1 To threaten, insult, use foul language, to restrain players, GMs and Administration. To use foul language in general channel, even masked or changed, to use foul language in /s channel
2.2 To create characters, guilds, to name pets etc. with names, containing foul language or words which may insult or restrain another players.
2.3 To flood in chat (flood involves posting large amounts of posts or one very long post with repetitive text. It can also involve text with no meaning or no pertinence to the current discussion and so on.)
2.4 To use server bugs or soft, which will contact with the work of the game.
2.5 To blackmail or cheat.
2.6 To spread rumors and calumny about server, GMs and Administration, to cast aspersions on GM.
2.7 To disturb GMs, to ask them for money, equipment, levels, skills, to tell GM about issues which are not connected to the server.
2.8 To rebel against GM actions.
All these actions will lead to: mute for X hours, delevel, account ban for the period of time, beginning from 24 hours and ending in 999 days. For special cases IP ban or subnet ban can be used.

3. GMs are forbidden

3.1 To break into the game process
3.2 To give players money, levels, equipment, skills etc.
3.3 To unban defaultered players before their ban expires.

4. GM is not required to

4.1 To explain his actions to the players
4.2 To restore lost equipment, resources etc. even if you have a screenshot.
4.3 To answer questions in the general chat. There are GM tickets and private messages on the forum for that purpose.
4.4 To check efficiency of talents, spells, bosses, creatures etc.
4.5 To check quests
4.6 To remind about changes in the rules, to explain the cause of the change.

5. Crime and punishment

5.1 The owner of the account carries responsibility for all the actions of his character and for all players that have played from his IP.
5.2 Each arrangement of the administrator about game process must be performed by the players.
5.3 The administration has rights to stop player’s access to the server without explanation.
5.4 In situations which were not described here administration has right to make the decision on their own.
5.5 GM can make a punishment on his own for players who don’t follow that rules
